How long will it take the journal to ship?

There’s a 24 hour confirmation period for all orders. From there, delivery ranges typically between 15 to 20 business days. The journals are made-to-order so anticipate a wait time.

What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not allow returns until we have a standardized procedure. If you do not receive your journal from us, we will work with the shipping company to get it fixed. Otherwise, we will refund you or provide you with a new journal.
